Infected

there is a question,
dancing, in this
blue-grey seaside nightmare,
writhing in the wet defeat
that's pounded, roaring
from the scissile mass
of heaven's white-hot sulking beast

it grinds, teeth gnashing
the fingers of the great groan of reason,
seduced by a log in the babbling stream~
